What we do

We host listings so buyers and sellers can find each other. Sales happen directly between buyer and seller; we are not a party to them, don't process payments, and don't guarantee items, descriptions or users.

Your listings

• Only list items you own and have the right to sell, described honestly, with photos you have the right to use.
• Don't list prohibited items: weapons, ammunition or explosives; drugs or paraphernalia; prescription medicine; tobacco, nicotine or vaping products; alcohol; adult products; counterfeit, replica or stolen goods; surveillance devices or malware; live animals or wildlife products; gambling products; digital goods, accounts, gift cards or identity documents.
• Don't post street addresses or other people's personal information.

Moderation

We may remove listings or accounts that break these terms. Listings reported by several users are hidden pending review.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for transactions between users.
